Broken glass and storefront window repair

Broken glass leaves a business exposed and often cannot wait. Dynamo replaces broken glass and repairs windows, storefront glazing and entrance systems for commercial buildings, plazas and managed properties in Halton Hills, Toronto and the GTA.

Where an opening has to be made secure before the new glass arrives, temporary security measures are part of the service.

What we handle

  • Broken glass replacement
  • Storefront glazing and entrance systems

  • Temporary security measures for open or damaged frames

Typical call-outs

  • A smashed or cracked storefront window
  • A broken pane in an entrance door
  • A window that leaks or no longer seals properly
  • A damaged frame that leaves the opening unsecured
If glass has broken, keep people away from the opening and photograph the damage before anything is moved. Photos help us quote and may also be needed for an insurance claim.

Frequently asked questions

Can you secure a broken window until the glass is replaced?

Yes. Temporary security measures are part of our glass service. Call with the address and a photo and we will tell you what is needed. Emergency and after-hours work may require a separate estimate.

Do you repair storefront entrance systems as well as glass?

Yes. Storefront glazing and entrance systems are part of the work, including the door hardware around them.

What should I send for a glass estimate?

The property address, a photo of the damage, and the approximate size of the opening if you have it. Parts and materials are quoted separately from the service call and labour.
