What causes a commercial overhead door to stop working?

Common causes are a broken spring, a door off its track, worn rollers or cables, and an opener fault. A technician needs to see the door to say which, and photos of the door plus any noise or error you noticed help us prepare.

Can you repair the opener as well as the door?

Yes. We repair and replace automatic openers and operators as well as the door hardware.

My door is stuck open. What should I do?
